Cedric Chai
​
Mr. Chai resides in Singapore.
He has a National ITE Certificate in Mechanical Engineering and various certificates pertaining to safetey in the maritime industry.
​
Prior to joining Norcap. Mr. Chai was conducting commissioning of crompressor replacment with Draeger Singapore Pte. Ltd. He has worked as a technician, specializing in mechanical booster pumps for Ulvac Singaore Pte. Ltd.
​
Mr. Chai is trained to conduct surveyor work for mainly Inventory Hazardous Materials (IHM) for the shipping industry.
​
Mr. Chai speaks English, Mandarin, and Hokkien.

Emmanuel Akpan, B.SC
​
Mr. Akpan resides in Lagos, Nigeria. He has experience within dredging and marine services in the port of Lagos.
​
Prior to this he has gained experience as a director for technical services for the construction of a hydro-power plant and has held positions related to business development for
renewable energy projects in Nigeria.
​
His past experience has given him vast experience in terms of doing business in Africa as well as strong contacts in Nigeria.
